Easier patient ordering
Patients browse everyday OTC products, submit prescriptions where needed, and place orders with your pharmacy through the PharmaDash app.
PharmaDash gives your pharmacy a presence in the patient app (your name and branding), a pharmacist-first prescription workflow, and coordinated delivery support—without asking you to become a tech company.
Stay the trusted local pharmacy while giving patients a clearer way to order and follow what happens next.

See incoming orders and prescription checks in a purpose-built pharmacy dashboard, then prepare and release parcels when ready.
Once a parcel is ready, PharmaDash helps coordinate hand-off and delivery updates so your team can stay focused on dispensing.
PharmaDash wraps ordering and delivery coordination around the way your pharmacy already works. You remain in charge of the dispensing decision.
They find your pharmacy, browse available OTC products, upload a prescription when needed, and check out with a delivery address.
Orders land in your dashboard queue. Your pharmacists review prescriptions, prepare the parcel, and mark it ready when it can leave the dispensary.
For the Durban pilot we are introducing a scheduled afternoon delivery window, with express options only when the pharmacy and a driver are available. Order status updates help patients follow progress.
We are onboarding a small number of independent pharmacies across Durban. We’ll work closely with each partner, learn quickly and shape the product around real dispensing operations.
A short conversation is the best way to see whether PharmaDash fits your operation.
Yes. Patients see your pharmacy’s name and branding inside the PharmaDash app, so they know who is dispensing and supporting their order. This is not a separate white-label website for each pharmacy.
No. PharmaDash coordinates delivery for the pilot. Your pharmacy team manages the clinical and dispensing workflow; drivers accept delivery runs through the driver app. Courier arrangements for the pilot are still being finalised—we will confirm capacity with each partner before go-live.
Patients can upload a prescription. Your pharmacy reviews and verifies it before dispensing. PharmaDash supports secure handling of that workflow; clinical responsibility stays with the dispensing pharmacist.
The agreed pilot direction is one scheduled afternoon delivery window first (hours, cutoff, area and capacity are configurable and not yet finalised publicly). Express delivery may be offered when your pharmacy is ready and a driver is available—it is not a guaranteed immediate or 30–45 minute service. Morning windows can be added later as demand grows.
Card checkout via PayFast is built into the product. Whether sandbox or live merchant credentials are active for a given environment is confirmed during onboarding. Medical-aid claim processing at checkout is not available yet.
The pilot is designed to complement your current pharmacy operation. During the walkthrough, we’ll discuss your existing process and the practical onboarding path.
Tell us a little about your pharmacy. We’ll show you the workflow and discuss what a realistic pilot would look like for your team.
